I read it as you posted it, that was FUCKING INCREDIBLE! I'm serious! And everytime I though it was over I got another alert and the train just kept on rolling. Seriously amazing.

There is so much stuff I'm not sure I can even comment on each one individually. But I will try my best!

So, it was interesting to see how the vampire city was governed, I admit I've been veeeery curious since the story started and this did not disappoint.

Also, Vampire hitsquad hunting Vampires? Awesome. It's good to see them taking action against someone who is trying to represent vampires as crazy world dominators. (Although I'm sure they wouldn't mind a little domination.)

Bevland

So, a hunter group, probably freelance, fucks up some horrible new monsters in a slick action scene. What's not to like. Hope to see more of them later, and we probably will.

Okay... So... Cthulu is coming! Or at least something that serves him. Alongside an army of Wendigos, which if what I know of Wendigos in general is true here that's... Bad. That's pretty bad. Pretty terrifying post in general

Virando.

So... Cultists! Cthulu cultists! Yush.

Tencunte doesn't like the cultists, murdering people indiscriminately is not fun for her apparently... That's... Reassuring?

Also, The King in Yellow makes his appearance. And for anyone who took part in Demon Society, you might just recognise that name. *rubs hands together* I'm going to enjoy this more than seeing Tecunte run off like little bitch. >: )

Aw geez... Poor cute fairies, that's bad... It was just a prank bro.

Anyway, that will most certainly have an effect on Sylvie's village, which will in turn effect Sylvie herself... Now I just need to figure a way for her to hear about this...

Merfolk.

They are badasses, and for some reason, thier Cthulian masters have set them into motion. This might just be a shitty time for boats...

Seriously though, Merpeople, don't fuck with 'em.

So read most of Zombie solo, firs off very well done zombie. Now for my thoughts. So you have some vampire hunters coming after Alice, that would be fun. We finally see what's going on in the land of ice, the return of some XCOM characters was nice touch Fuck those priest and those pore pixies the boy deserve better.

Very Well. I was still going to. I just went to sleep :p

Fairaven

So they are screwing around with the Necronomicon... That can only go well... Clearly...

*Reads the Rest*

I hope something goes wrong. If we help them... Maybe we can get some bargaining for for keeping Eliza? I don't want another Drayce situation...

ALSO DID WE ALL KINDA JUST FORGET ABOUT THAT? HE KINDA STILL NEEDS HELP THO :l

Stormrend

Hey it's Gaston! Oh wait, it's just the mob. I like this kind of character. "I'm a fair guy, don't fuck with me, I don't cut off your fingers."

My favorite League of Legends character Gangplank is like, all about that life.

Oh... Ayame... I was waiting. IIIIIII was waiting... I knew you couldn't resist :p

So they plan to kill the real princess and plop in a (assumedly) mind control and/or brainwashed stand-in. Clever. Good plan. Too bad she is a haven of badasses, that might complicate things for you :p

Themosa

This one has a lot of relevance for Betty and even Magdalene, really all Thropes. Mmhm.

So, King and Queen of Themosa are pricks, not big surprise there. The Queen seemed more open minded, but all that was to hide the fact that behind closed doors she is just as bad. So they booted Ms. Devolina (I c wut u did thar, and monkey is an interesting choice for her, not what I might've gone with but still good.) out of the castle despite being almost assassinated. Since they were so quick to silence her it makes me think that they were involved somehow, especially how defensive they got when Korra even sort of mentioned they might be involved.

Thankfully Veronica is on our side, good work on that Marine, btw. And despite her not dying, her losing her status as a noble can and proably will still make her the Martyr they feared. VIVA LA REVALUCION! CRASH THE SYSTEM! Let's fukkin go m8. :3

Summary.

Like I said before, amazing post really. I really can't think of any complaints. This will have a large impact on all my characters's stories I imagine, not in a bad way mind you. It would be boring if my plans never got thrown for a bit of a loop after all :p

Considering all these Xcom VoF characters returning... I may or may not be interested in having my own cameo... Maybe a certain engineer that I love so much....

Hey... Those of you who took part in DoT, I wanted to ask you... Marx... Did you like him?

I rarely do the whole, stoic tough guy character and I was nervous about making him unlikable or boring.

I liked him. I felt the no pain thing was a little unnecessary as it didn't really come into effect or use much. But he was stoic without being boring. He was a loner without being unreliable. He was skilled at what he did. And he had a noble cause without being stereotypically selfless, with the whole looking for family thing.

DoT? Curious, where do you get that acronym from? It's always been LoE for me.

I mostly agree with Zmby's sentiments on that one. I'll add that I wish I could have seen more of your characters, but I get that time was hard to come by.

Yeah, I do kinda regret the pain thing, I did it to try and give him a more unique trait and to challenge myself as a writer, but it didn't do much with it. Unlike Ammy's blindness which she worked to overcome and eventually conquer. I didn't do enough to make Marx's lack of pain a disability to overcome. And because I didn't get to, It kinda came off a pointless.

Please don't only focus on the one negative I gave, goofball. I said I otherwise really liked him. :p

A good character doesn't necessarily need to have some physical factor holding them back. Oftentimes it's an emotional hurdle that really works... especially in stories where our soldiers can die if they have a physical weakness. Ammelia was blind, but she saw in a different way that suited her as a sniper. There were situations she excelled in better than others, and situations where she came up short. That was a good tradeoff. I'd argue Marx's lack of feeling pain could have serviced him better if he had a means of repairing his body, like Yakone did. I remember often stating that just because Marx didn't sense something didn't mean he couldn't be crippled by damage. Whereas Ammy had her tradeoff, Marx just had a net negative from his disability.
You're right... DoT was the other season... Whoops
Season One of our stuff was SoD. S2: VoF; S3: LoE.
