Kva would like being in there, as a Fencer obviously. Despite being B rank she's easily as good as an A rank Hunter, so she would likely apply there.
Maybe Magdalene too, why Magdalene? Probably because Baphomet put her up to it and honestly I think it would be funny to see her cheese the compitition with her sleep magic. For a MHA example, she'd be like Shinsou.
I should likely point out this is a big event, so people can come even if they are not participating. This wont be a one day thing.
