Noire has a basic engineering skills, she's mostly a manic she likes to think she can fix any thing. If Noire wants to create things she will have to learn how to do it. She can't fix magical fix a star ship, but she does have basic knowledge in robotic and weapon making.

I may have a lot to post today, have a solo to finish wit Noire. Have Ezra and Cassia talking to each other. Also I do want to have Noire doing some engineering work, can any one make some suggestments on were to start with that?
