Well, as a Dutch speaking person living in Flanders. I did know this (except the 3 islands in south america) . But here in Flanders we call you "nederlanders" which is correct, but in dialect we say "hollanders" or "kaaskoppen" (which you may find insulting and I apologise for that, but then we are the "domme belgen" from your jokes as well :D )

And I didn't know Australia was once New Holland. The more you know. ;)

Well that I did actually know, I will tell you more: The Netherlands have come up with the name "Australia", they owned Indonesia and called the big land they saw to the south of them "terra australis icognita" (unknown southern land). There you go :)
