I often have dream related to the paranormal and ghosts. You know, unseen threats that you cannot touch, fight, or do anything against, it most likely references the fact that I feel helpless towards dealing with the problems of myself and those around me.

Not personally, but I have heard that it represents being trapped or swallowed up by your problems.
