Leon is definitely eager to impose...uh I mean "share" his ideas with the other scientists.;)

He was originally going to be one of the 2 scientists in season 5 with Zombie being the other scientist. Basically, Zonbie's scientist was the opposite of Leon and would therefore create clashes between them but then season 5 never happened :(. But now we have something more akin to a role play:D

Well they have hired a maniacal scientist in Leon as well so X-COM must be getting desperate for recruits.

You can have up to 2 characters so you could do both but it's really what you feel like you will have more fun with.

The one thing that might affect the role-play is the mention of psionics since the first humans to possess psionic abilities are the ones who pass psionic testing at the HQ.

Depending on how much people want to add to the timeline, I might make a doc of all of it and post it here.

I think we should agree on some sort of timeline leading up to 2018 in case people want to reference any big changes in the couple years before X-COM. It's just an idea I thought up so we don't have to do it.

Sarge said he had plans to have a section dedicated to role-playing so once that goes live, we could switch.

I'll probably have a scientist and a soldier since I already have an unused application for a scientist that I was going to use for season 5.

Also, we should move out of this section of the website and create a new thread since this is an independent role-play and it wont confuse newer people.

I've skim read the thread and this is what I have gathered so far: Zombie is the GM we're starting in russia It's set in 2018 So my questions are: 1.Is it 1 character per rper? 2.Where do we post the xcom application?

I'm glad that everyone (or almost) is back on. I was getting worried when the site came back up that all of you guys weren't coming back however I was gladly mistaken.
