The only part I find hard about Portent is the initial double batch of thin men and I always have a ton of soldiers in the med bay so I'm usually take out at least 2 rookies.

I dunno. He managed Portent without any injuries on his army of four playthrough but he does have some really OP soldiers in that playthrough. Dubois and Alegni are too strong.
