Indeed, it's the main downside of Emily's memory (although it worked for the interrogation) that she can't subconsciously change or hide memories like normal people often do. But your characters aren't hearing it, so you don't have to worry about violating her privacy :p the advantages of fiction!

Emily gets a good night's sleep and some more of her backstory pops up. :)
