What if you give Yellows the ability to have something like reverse ESP, where they can target an enemy and essentially leave them blind or dull their senses for a brief period of time. You could call it Blackout or something.

Also keep in mind that staff members don't really play as big a role as soldiers do, so your chances to write early in might be a little slim. I would take Frosts advice if you really don't think you are ready but it is just something to keep in mind. And there are a lot of staff members aside...
