I don't know. I do think it's a little weird that they posted here like 1 minute after they made their account. And also that we don't really advertise this place at all.

Well I don't know why you would program a bot to say that. 
There is also the good chance that you are someone we're familiar with making another account. Because that has happened a few times. Like with Shadow up there.
