Screen Tearing and Visual Glitches?

Is anyone else getting strange visual glitches, like tv static looking backgrounds, screen tearing, and big black bars when you're browsing the site? I just noticed it today and I was wondering if it was affecting anyone else.

I am currently using Chrome and an on Phone. Have tried restarting, clearing my cache, even going into Incognito mode, but nothing seems to be working. It doesn't seem to be affecting anything function wise, it's just a visual glitch.

Try uninstalling Chrome, then reinstalling it. Should help fix any glitches, despite how cliché it sounds.

You might have to factory reset your phone... otherwise, it is very likely that phone's age is preventing it from properly rendering certain websites (I can't say for certain since I don't know what module you are using currently)
