Speaking of perceptions :3 Did anyone notice a little something interesting about Luxuria's illusions while she was talking to Emily?

It's a theme Luxuria follows while messing with people, and Emily's says something about her.

When demonstrating her mesmerism, Luxuria always uses an illusion of someone that is important to the target.
- Jean's was his new sexual conquest
- Atka's was her family
- Emily's is herself

That's what Luxxy was telling her. She can see through Emily's charm and torment her with what she's ignored.

Also, the orange-green eyes are the colors in Emily's normal hazel, Luxxy was just messing with them in her illusion. In reality they're not as vivid or...well, mobile.

Well, I have always felt that Emily had a bit of selfishness to her, though I didn't mind it. When you spend years by yourself, having to relay on no one else to stay alive and not be caught, it is to be expected.

What I interpreted it as is Emily growing on people, and them growing on her in turn, so she starts to care about them as much as herself, but Luxuria is trying to manipulate her by pushing her towards that more selfish side.

"You see, you don't really care about them. You are still lying to them, seducing them, manipulating them. But that's okay. You should just worry about yourself. You deserve it. You're above them. And you could be so much more. Accept me as a part of you, and I'll show you why you are above such insects."

And lets face it, who really believed her when she told Emily she wouldn't try to snatch her body again. I just hope Emily's attempts to understand her powers don't push her closer to Luxxy and away from those that have come to care for her, like Nika, Sunny, and Dallas.
