It just goes Lieutenant 1, 2 and so on. The significance is different officer ranks.
Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Colonel, Field Commander. In Long War there can only be one Field Commander, so I'm pretty sure that'll be taken by Aya Brea when the time comes.
Possibly, if she is still around by then.

Part one of a Markus story I am doing is up. As expected, Viktor is Viktor, Sora is Sora, and some mentions at previous posts. To avoided confusion, Will is the eldest, about 4 years older than Markus and Chelsea is only a year and a half older than Markus. It takes place when Markus is 18. As for the dingoes...
