For some reason he reminds me of TEC from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year door. Something about his calm demeanor and the way he talks to her briefly and then Brigid (Peach?) goes to sleep afterwards.

Not familiar with that game (only ever played Super Paper Mario), so I can not definitively say anything in regards to that. But I hope that means you find the character interesting.

More reason not to trust cats, in my opinion. And I'm not saying that just because I'm a bird person..

I'm a cat person. But you're right, you shouldn't trust cats.

Oh I don't know, maybe because he relies on a little girl for his information in the middle of the night perhaps, plus I am not buying the whole protection thing, at least until I find out the whole story behind him

As far as Viktor knows, the Overseer would be a myth to him. Obviously he would have heard of him but he couldn't possibly know the Council hired him.

I don't like him having that kind of power. Makes me feel a bit like I'm pulling a "solve-all" kind of move. If it were to come out that he were not necessarily completely freelance anymore, it might provide an opportunity for certain individuals to help undermine Victor... not that anyone within EXALT would betray their illustrious leader. Would they?

Plus it would give me something to write about. Seriously guys, I'm having trouble thinking of things I can do with either of my characters. Send halp.

Well, part of the problem is one of your characters is a guy that's actually unapproachable by anyone but Morrigan and the Council. As for Penny...well...*sends PM to be mysterious*
