Well, you could probably get an effect similar to Neural Damping using Psi powers.

If you could throw their stuff back at them, sure. But from what I was told from Zombie I was under the impression that the neural dampening kitty had a was a gene mod, since I asked to hack it for Elene's sake. She doesn't have psions, so it has to have a gene mod form. (Besides, otherwise the only counter to psionics that is offense is other psionics, and that's a bit lame)

Alright. I have time tomorrow, so I'll go over everything and make my final decisions on the psionics then. I really like Pixy's structure, but there are a few things that could be easily changed so they fall in line with Gemini's idead and still work the same. Maybe something that goes along with mind, body, amd soul. But I'll worry about that tomorrow.
