By the way guys, we don't actually have a means of watching missions live on the Avenger due to our radio jammers. Instead, soldiers (especially leaders of teams/the squad) put reports into the ship's computer, and if Atka suspects anything's amiss (Oh i totally didn't kill that civilian officer) then she'll... speak with them in private.
