Was it the story of why Brigid dislikes Incubators?
Mmmmmm close. That is a bit of an Easter egg, so you get 25 space bucks. But not the one I was referring to. I can tell you it was within the last moments of the post, after the Shinso departs. Something I enjoy including in my RPs and stories.

You know, for a few moments there in the solo, I was thinking Brigid was going to buy the slave out of pity :p

On a soldier's pay? Please. Mayane is young, fairly strong considering her living conditions, loyal (despite Dabura's claims that she is 'defiant'), and... uh... had something rare in... female slaves...

Point is, Brigid might have wanted to, as I'm sure a lot of people would have, but she isn't exactly rolling in greenbacks. She could ask mom, but have you ever tried to wire money of hundreds of light years? Takes for ever, and not cheap.

Im preeeeeeety sure its illegal in all XSDF juristicted areas, so if you bought one they'd automatically gain freedom (though there is the question of how the hell you would determine their citizenship)
Oh you know what I mean :p She would have her freedom... just... has to work solely for Mark...

Hey...you don't know what you are messing with. Mark could be a very cunning bastard if he wanted to. Besides, his cousin could hack almost anything so unless you want you want to serve life in jail for the terabytes of porn Ezra is currently uploading into your private network...yeah, better cooperate.

Wasn't Mark a scientist NPC from Season 3 who tried something with the soldiers. Geez what do you guys have against the name mark and sexual stuff?

Yeah I know :p

But nvm I don't know how I can get my point across currently xD
The english words are not on my side today.
For another RP, I have a character named Markus Belmonte, who was faced with the choice of betraying one of my main characters, someone he had a crush on, in exchange for money and a higher soldier position, or helping her escape.

He... chose the former. Does that count as being mean to Marks?

When you say "former" what exactly do you mean, like the first suggestion or the last one or the next one or the previous one? I never really learned that.

Former means the first one. As in, he... hold on, let me find his bio...

After a bit of hesitation, Marcus drew his sword and slashed Cereza across the back. As she laid bleeding, dying, and questioning, he did one of the things he does best; diverting the blame. He insisted it was Cereza's fault, and that of her family, always playing nice, acting like they cared about the people the looked down on, spitting in the eye of the king, and Cereza, in particular, always leading him on. So caught up was he in his rambling, his excuses, his reasoning beyond killing a friend for money, he didn't notice Cereza crawling towards the river until it was too late.

Marcus then preceded to do one of the other things her does best; lie to cover for himself. He reported that he ran Cereza through the heart and threw her into the fire that was consuming her home.

Well I would say it does count as being a mean mark, I mean personally if I were Marcus I would not have slain Cereza, but then again I do not know the full story, maybe Cereza did something mean to Marcus, still if he loved her, or had a mere crush on her, would it not destroy him more on the inside and break him if he were the one that killed her. Like I said maybe Cereza did something really mean then I can understand that too, but if it was not her fault and she died for nothing. Marcus would have to live with the consequences. All in all Marcus sounds evil. Money over love?

Good point. Hold on. I had something on that...

Cold to the world for how he was treated, unable to see his own sour attitude as a cause, Marcus had few friends throughout his life. This changed when he was ordered by the royal house to act as an informant, assigned to the household of Tatiana and Demetri Dumont. Their daughter Cereza came to Dudley's defense when the other guards were pushing him around. The two had an awkward relationship for the next three years, Cereza honestly trying to get Marcus to open up more, Marcus trying to be friendly but afraid he was being played. Little did he know Cereza had developed a small crush on him.

Also note that Cereza lived, though barely, swept away in the river. Though she was left with a nice, big, distinguishing scar on her back.

Well Marcus is dead. Why is it bad guys never check to see if the person they tried to kill is actually dead? I mean seriously, these villains need handbooks to tell them this stuff, as I am sure Marcus will soon come to find out, a woman scorned...
