Gem is trying to be nice with it, but I'm afraid the number of red prions is far, far higher than I anticipated. There are nearly as many red or potential reds as there are the other colors combined. I might need to request some one to change a character, though I'd ask for volunteers first. I'll switch Korra if need be as well.

I find it very surprising that I need to remind people this, but if you want to involve someone else's character in one of your backstories, please ask for permission first.

Another one of those important announcement things but short this time:

If you are considering a psion please choose a yellow, blue, or green. Maybe orange.

Unless i contact you specifically you get to keep what you have now, but i dont want any more reds or purples as we already have 3-4 each.
Alexandros will likely be a yellow psion later on in the campaign (He was going to be a red psion but I can very easily manipilate it so he is more in line to be a yellow psion)

Who are the reds?

Never mind just read the Lore section
You know it surprises me (I promise gloating will end soon) but a lot of ideas I have brought up and introduced have been implemented into the story. I started the whole not all psions are purple thing which evolved into the wheel we have now and also made melee weapons a big part of combat...I feel so appreciated XD

Mmm... not sure how much melee weapons are a part of it. Note that Korra's melee weapons will only be used if absolutely needed. They're good up close, but the ideal thing should be to shoot them before they get too close.

Oh my God, Marine. You did not start that. i did with Atka being a blue more 'pure' psion, you followed suit with Desmond being red.

Pain Part One
XCOM Base, Siberia
2100 hours

Desmond was up again for what seemed like an eternity. Sleep was not a luxury that could came natural anymore, it was like a piece of Desmond's soul was missing and there was a void in his very humanity. It was late on base and most people were in bed by now so Desmond had plenty of privacy at the moment, so he took this time to try and do something to keep himself occupied. So he walked over to the small closet he had in his room, reached into his bag and took out a pebble, no larger than a penny. He sat on his bed and closed his eyes. He sat there meditating so that he could store up enough energy to start a current. He focused his mind to create the flowing current of psionic energy within his body, and when the circulation was complete he then shifted his focus onto converting the energy into a physical form outside of his body. The psionic waves he created enveloped the tiny pebble and swirled around it like the shell of a walnut. Desmond was starting to wear out his reserves of psionic energy so he had a sense of urgency to complete his task. Using the shell of energy he converted what was left of his power to generate a slow but steady flow of kinetic energy, like a magnet pulling or pushing another magnet. It was getting to the point were the power usage started to take a physical toll on his body and Desmond was tiring quickly. He pushed whatever energy he had into this final act and after a few seconds... there it was. The pebble, completely surrounded by psionic energy fields was levitating about one inch from his palm. The shell gave off a dim purple glow but it was enough to illuminate the room. However as quickly it had appeared the pebble began to shake and a few seconds later fell to the floor with a disappointing clang. Gathering his composure he began to store up energy once more but this time however manifested it into a form of radio waves and was sending a message back to the EXALT hideout detailing his reports for the week and his accomplishment that night. Even though he had exhausted most of his energy, sleep would still not come that night.

From "Holodeck, Part 2"

Atka dropped her strike rifle and whipped out her pistol, blasting it in the arm. Realizing that without her shotgun, she couldn’t actually sever it easily, she panicked, firing at it again, and doing...something else. There was a spark of blue energy around her head, and her eyes seemed to glow blue for a moment. A thin, almost invisible, thread of energy struck out at the Outsider’s head but then dispersed. This was because, being a construct of light, it was not affected by the power Atka had just manifested.

And afterwards, from "Whispers of Power, Part 1"

Desmond looked at her, and shook his head. “Not everyone would agree.” Desmond closed his eyes and began his usual stance. He slowly built up and released psionic waves so that the purple glow appeared around his body. He held out his hand and the rotating ball appeared once more in his palm, rotating at high speeds. “This is what years of training has accomplished, and this is not even scratching the surface of my research.” He gave her a stubborn look, “How do you think the lab techs, engineers and soldiers would react to this?”

Still purple, Marine. :p

Point is, it was a collaborative thing. Pixy had a large part too, I believe.
After red and blue, we had the abductee posts where I introduced green. Pixy decided "fuck it, we need a color wheel with descriptions of each color." Then Zombie added the specific abilites not from the game, i added a few way down the line (and pixy motivated me to make Reflections) and as a whole we filled in the last abilities for this season.

Ramma made electrokinesis a thing.

I wonder what Magenta or Gray psionics would be like...
Magenta would be the manipulation of one's mind, being a way to naturally enhance brainpower to perhaps make time slow because your brain can process more at a given time and Gray would be the manipulation of actual emotions, being an advanced form of persuasion and manipulation to make a person feel a specific emotion strongly like depression or nervousness. Like Psi panic on steroids.
