First Name: Jayson
Last Name: Davis
Nickname: Jackpot
D.O.B: 16/05/1985
Occupation Application: Pilot (Troop Transport or Air Superiority Fighter)
Biographical Synopsis: Quickly making a name for himself in Cadet Training, Jayson Davis qualified as a Flight Lieutenant in the R.A.F, incredibly rare for someone fresh out of training but it was well earned, In his first week in training he spent almost 40 hours of his spare time in training simulations. By the end of his first year several of his trainers made comments to superiors that "this kid is arguably better than half the people teaching him" however unfortunately for Jayson a badly thought out comment in front of the Chief of the Air Staff regarding one of his trainers ("With all due respect sir, instructor Dickson is an ass. ... ... I'm sorry did I say that out loud?") spoilt any chance for advancement to specialist training. Luckily for the newly qualified pilot, a Commander at R.A.F Humberside noted his natural proficiency at piloting and instead of a dishonorable discharge for disrespectful conduct, Jayson was merely transferred.
With more than 1000 hours mission flight time in his placement at R.A.F Humberside, he is highly experienced for his young age.
Note from previous Commanding Officer: Flight Lieutenant Davis may not have a exemplary service record; despite his seriousness when in the cockpit, complaints about his attitude towards superior officers seem to cross my desk more often than not and if there were a medal for technicians worst nightmare, it would be named after him. However there isn't a pilot I would rather have under my command, if it wasn't for his piloting skills I daresay he wouldn't get away with half the comments he comes out with. Popular with his fellow troops, he will be an excellent addition to any base, as long as the Commander doesn't mind putting the kid gloves on and ignoring a bit of sarcasm.
Note from previous Head Technician: If I see one more branch, more like a entire bloody tree last time, stuck in an engine manifold because of some insane stunt the Lieutenant thought would be a safer approach to an LZ than protocol, HE can spend all night removing the damn thing because I'm sick of it. I don't care how effective the stunts are, we have protocols for a reason.
Pledge: "Well... this is a cliche. What, did 'We welcome our Alien Overlords' not work? Fine fine..."
I have, on this day, voluntarily enlisted myself, as an elite military soldier, in the X-COM special forces. I am giving myself, unconditionally, to the cause. I do bind myself to conform, in all instances to such rules and regulations, as set forth by my supreme commander ChristopherOdd. I trust him with my life. And by taking his oath, I realize, I may ultimately lose something while defending the planetary systems. My life."
