I doubt she wanted to do any of that and more than likely her children have been altered so that they can only breed off humans. You can't blame her because of a fact of her biology, you can't blame her for being forced to do something she doesn't want to do. But's that's just my opinion, she...

Also, I don't recommend killing the Cryssalid Queen! (She is not as mindless as her grunts and as such would probably surrender if all of the Aliens were dead. I don't think she really likes the creatures that are forcing her to use her people as meat shields for overwatch.)
