Also, that Beagle is adorable. Just you wait until he grows up though. Pain in the butt. (looks outside) Yeah, I'm talking about you!

Speaking of going silent for a bit, this is one of those times. Any plans I had for today have been overturned (sorry Gemini), I'll be back later, tomorrow, or the next day.

Alright. And I know how you feel. I had two. One now, and despite him being old...still can be a pain sometimes. Not that it outweighs the good for him, at least. (He's a well-behaved Beagle...)

I like to think of this as like a close to a chapter of the story and a new one is over the horizon. I also like to think of this like a progression story with many small character arcs, alien arcs, and general base arcs spread under a very long and overarching storyline. I even came up with names for each chapter but they are a little cheesy so DON'T LAUGH! I guess chapter one was A New Beginning were everyone was introduced and ended when the first terror mission was announced, Age of Terror was the second, ranging from the terror mission to the base assault and now that this 'third chapter' I think of it as Resistance Rising fitting the liberation of India.

I do apologize for anyone who's missing EXALT right now. There just...isn't a lot for them to do right now. That's okay though, because XCOM has a LOT going on.

It is backroom politics mode for Exalt, while XCOM may be assaulting alien bases and advancing tech, Viktor is gaining financial support and training his troops.

Well, when XCOM goes to India, that will leave both Viktor and Elene with an opening to be more active without fear of retribution.
