I did catch that, and it is an interesting added detail. I'm interested in seeing how this will develop. In case anyone didn't catch it, I hinted at the SAaIDA's weaknesses in my collab with Marine, Ammelia said that it's not good with fine detail, which mean that she cannot read normally and still needs to read in brail. The SAaIDA can't see in color either, the only colors that she is familiar with are White ( What she saw before she had the SAaIDA) and Light Blue/Cyan ( The Color of the Grid lines that she sees when using the SAaIDA ), so Ammelia associates color with what it Represents. ( Red = Fire/Pain/Hate/War, Green = Peace/Nature/Calm, Yellow = Happiness/Sunshine/Light, ETC )
So the SAaIDA may be advanced, but it is still a prototype and still has numerous flaws, this is why David only told X-com what they absolutely needed to know about the SAaIDA in her application, he didn't want the SAaIDA's flaws to be leaked somehow, at least not until he can fix them.
It's good to see some "faces" to the names. And they seem like a fun bunch. I'm sure both Ammelia and Sunny will love them. Don't make them too interesting, though. I might be afraid to send them into danger.Just a little one
I'd say go with whatever is most comfortable for you.Okay guys I am giving you one of two options, would you rather me post a test bio to see what you guys think of it which could take a couple days or I could post the bio now and have it done by tonight or tomorrow
Mhmm, Adramma is doing what I had suggested quite awhile ago, making the red shirts be friends with our characters and have personality so their deaths hurt more. >:3It's good to see some "faces" to the names. I would like to see what is done so far, personally. Bring them on.Okay guys I am giving you one of two options, would you rather me post a test bio to see what you guys think of it which could take a couple days or I could post the bio now and have it done by tonight or tomorrow

All of themI don't know if I looked at it that malevolently but yes, that and a couple other reasons. Bonus points if you can guess who'll get shot first.
The redneck because he's a stuuuriotupical amurican. XDThat would be an eerily coordinated effort.
I say it depends on what cliche your going with. Horror movie; red-neck comic relief. Action Comedy; the more innocent female character. But most likely we're going with Sci-Fi action, so my pick is the slightly less developed, more serious Dallas. The redneck because he's a stuuuriotupical amurican. XD
(Though in truth that probably means he'll be the last to die, and poor Nika will kick the bucket immediately after Modya befriends her. *mixture of malevolent glee and sad devastation)

Looks good to me.This is the bio I have now, anything I should add or change let me know before I post it.
I love her already. And she has something interesting in common with Jessica, as her mother was only 14 when she got pregnant. This is the bio I have now, anything I should add or change let me know before I post it.
Name: Elizabeth Rinly (Also referred to as Ellie by friends and only lets a small number of people call her Rin)
Age: 20
Hometown: Santa Ana, California
Height: 5.6
Weight: 121 lbs
Backround: Elizabeth was born in Santa Ana, California and grew up in until the early years of her life. Her mother, only seventeen at the time of her birth, did her best to support her young daughter but her job as a model soon came to end after the pregnancy. Tragically, Elizabeth's mother later died two years later as a result of a traffic accident where a middle aged man got behind the wheel of an SUV while intoxicated and struck her while she was crossing the street. This left her living at her grandmother's up until the age of 7 when her grandmother moved away due to the price of living in California skyrocketing due to economical issues. Now, abandoned for the second time Elizabeth had been sent to live with her uncle only 26, in Stolkholm, Sweden as he was an overseas worker. Despite the constant moving from household to household Elizabeth was never happier than when she lived with her uncle. He had been only 19 at the time of her birth and now he was working as a geothermal engineer. She never really adopted the Swedish language as her own she was still excited to be living in a stable home. Since her uncle was a geothermal engineer he made a lot of money at his job and nearly all surplus money went towards her, her uncle treating her as his own kid. When she began high school years later it turned out that she was not growing as fast as the other girls in her school and she was as small as a mouse compared to her fellow classmates. During her time in high school she developed a particular skill in basic health and medicine and decided to become a doctor. At the age of 20 she graduated college with her diploma and her medical license and was ready to set out for her life. It was around that time that multiple attacks happened on multiple cities around the globe. She was approached by a government official to work as a doctor for an organization that needed some. She went a long and agreed joining the XCOM project soon after. However, a week after she was shipped out a malfunction happened at her uncle's place of business and he was sadly killed. Elizabeth was immediately shattered from the news but still agreed to join XCOM for reasons she hasn't told anyone.
Psychological Profile: Elizabeth is a very intelligent individual who expresses great pride in her work of medicine. Due to recent events however she has been depressed and sullen as to be expected as a result of losing a loved one. This on top of her past experiences of being left alone has made her wary of relationships and attachments although no less social. When put on the spot light however she gets extremely shy but rarely shows this at work. She loves to play pool, read books, and play chess.
Appearance: Elizabeth is a very beautiful and petite woman who has soft features on her face resembling heavily of her mother. She has jet black hair that she usually holds back into a pony tail, and vibrant green eyes. She does wear prescription eye glasses from time to time but mostly sticks to contact lenses that change her eyes from a vibrant green to a glowing purple. Attire wise she usually wears a lab coat over a green turtle neck and beige khakis with her hair in a ponytail as her work clothes and a button up shirt with denim jacket, black jeans, high brown boots and a denim colored flat cap with her hair down when she is off work.
You know, one of my favorite scenes from Season 3 was "Ayame in wonderland", where in her dreams she met different versions of herself including the Ayame from Season 2 that presumably survived the 'Apocalypse' brought on by XCom's failure. It was a nice nod to the different incarnations that character has taken.I love her already. And she has something interesting in common with Jessica, as her mother was only 14 when she got pregnant.
Also, she reminds me of my character from season three, Ayame, who was also incredibly petite (which gave her a serious Napoleon complex) and also moved to live with her uncle after the death of her parents, though luckily, Ellie's uncle was a lot better of a person.
I enjoyed making that one a lot. And everyone of those Ayame's from the dream sequences were a version that I've used in one form or another. One was from season two, the more chipper one was from a TTRPG story that took place in feudal China, the hardass one was from a story that took place in Raccoon City during the events of Resident Evil 2 & 3, and the more angelic one was a transubstantiated angel from a story about the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse. Kinda my own "inter-demensional" thing. You know, one of my favorite scenes from Season 3 was "Ayame in wonderland", where in her dreams she met different versions of herself including the Ayame from Season 2 that presumably survived the 'Apocalypse' brought on by XCom's failure. "Ayame in wonderland"
Im laughing so hard right now.If I use Sunny's computer without her permission, am I going to get jumped by a Chinese vampire?
If I find the time tomorrow I might be interested, but if not ill let someone else take care of that.Ugh, sorry I haven't been on as of late, my Internet's been down as of late. Still kind of spotty, but all should be good by tomorrow. If anyone wants to throw together a collab, hit me up and I should be good for something tomorrow morning/evening.
