Yes, I remember the time Desmond asked Brigid to gouge out her eye to prove her loyalty, then stuck a piece of kryptonite in her head and told her to go kill Superman (I think Desmond is a slightly better parental figure then Deathstroke).
Instead of an eye he lost an arm. In the beginning he was a depressed sack of shit. Yeah I can see the similarities.
Just don't do the child abuse, and we'll be fine.
Does child abuse to his younger self count?

I've seen worse. One of my Dark Heresy players, after warp shenanigans, went back in time and killed his younger self because 'his hat looked like mine, but nicer'.

Hmm... of the three for the RPs here, it would depend on the fight. In a martial arts fight or sword fight, season three Ayame maybe, though even though she's my favorite, she's probably the weakest of the three. However, 500 year old zombie would likely win that fight, as well as anything involving stamina or strength. And if it came down to fire arms, the current Ayame, only because Jiangshi Ayame didn't learn a lot about firearms out of principle before coming to X-COM, something I made clear during season two.
Now, if we were to include the other Ayame's mentioned in the season three dreams sequences (Feudal-China Martial Arts Ayame, Pissed off T-Virus Ayame, and Transubstantiated Angel Ayame), I'd have to go with pissed off T-Virus Ayame. She wasn't the most advanced in martial arts, but she had a firm grasp of them, was equally deadly with a sword and a gun, and she had a zombie's stamina as well as an incredible healing factor (as seen in the first dream when she picked up her severed arm and simply reattached it). I actually considered introducing that Ayame here, but she would have been way too overpowered and would have pissed everyone off, and I don't like having a character who's strengths and abilities overshadow everyone else.

Hey, I consider Richie's training to be of the highest quality, even if the training got interrupted half-way through by a bunch of thugs. I give S2 Ayame 4-1.7 odds for winning.

Kinda the pot calling the kettle black, dontcha think? Ashley spends the entire conversation talking down to Ammelia because she was, was, a civilian, completely ignoring her current experience, mainly because she isn't one of the seemingly omnipotent Van Dams, and then she calls Ammelia arrogant.
Aha! Aha ha! Ha... no. Someone needs to take another look at the rule section, particularly under BASE ACCESS.
