:/

I liked the post and all. But I'm getting tired of all the attempted rape happening in the Rp... It's just... getting old and it just isn't interesting or even shocking anymore... Just... bleh...

The only reaction I have to it now is, "Oh, more rape? Okay whatever..."

Not trying to be mean to you zombs, I'm just trying to be honest about how I feel.
There was no rape, or attempt, really. At least not in full. The point was he could have had his way with her, and he didn't. That would have taken away from the impact of the scene, and although she ultimately rejected him, she was still in the wrong, and being assaulted would have turned her into a victim.

Are you sure? Cause I felt like it was really implied that he was going to...

The words he was saying before Eve kicked him in the nuts implied it, so did that whole thing about Eve being limp and vulnerable if she tried to use her powers to get help.

Maybe I just... Looked into that a little more than I should have...

That was Eve more thinking he was going to than him actually thinking it. I picked it up as she thought he was, he knew he could but decided it wasn't worth the effort.

The point of her being all limp and vulnerable if she tried to use her powers indicated that if he wanted to, he could have. But he didn't. I wanted him to be a douchebag, but not a rapist. After all, no matter how horny you might be, and now matter how much you have over a girl, not every guy (I would like to think most guys) would not go that far.

This is how I saw it too. You could say it's a fuzzy line there, but I'd call it being a manipulative dickhead over being a rapist.

Okay, I understand what you were going for there now...

Like I said though, I wasn't trying to be mean or anything, I guess I just read what was happening wrong.

I know. Just... I don't know, maybe in my attempts for the realistic, nitty-gritty world, I was a little too real. Especially since I love Fox so much... damn... made my bed, now I have to lay in it.

Nah. Even though I'm sad for Fox, conflict is important, and I'm glad you went through with yours. And maybe there's a redemption down the line.

Maybe. Though this isn't planned between Marine and I. Whether or not there is forgiveness will be completely up to Fox and Marine.

Well, I hope Marine doesn't go out of character for the sake of holding together their relationship, I know I'd have a hard time keeping myself from doing that if I were in this situation. It'd be a nice change of pace if Fox didn't actually forgive her and show that not all relationships were meant to be.

Well, thanks for that. :/ Guess I can't fault you for being honest, but... ouchy...

Like I said, it is up to Marine, but I love Fox, and so does Eve, and we are both going to try our damnedest. This isn't the first time someone has strayed, realized the mistake they made, and done what they could to make it up to the other person (though, this time, the genders are reversed).

I'm sorry if I made you upset. :(

I like Fox just as much as you do, and I'd like to see them forgive each other, but Eve probably hurt him bad. If they get through this their relationship will be stronger than ever, but Eve slept with someone without even letting Fox know she wanted him to go the whole way... I just don't think that's forgivable.

The last thing I'd want to happen is for Fox to just cave and accept her back just because he doesn't want to be alone, he needs to stand up for himself here. I think that'd not only strengthen Fox's character, making him less of a pushover, but also teach Eve that importance of communication in a relationship.

Correction, she didn't sleep with that guy, he just felt her up.

No, no, you didn't upset me. Sorry, didn't mean to make it sound that way. Just arguing my point.

And you're right, Eve should have seen Fox wasn't catching on to the subtlties. But, I know it isn't much of a defense, but she was going to sleep you that guy, but she didn't. I realize it might be hard to see that through the way I wrote it, but he didn't get past second base, and when he tried to get to third, she stopped him.

I still feel like if Fox just accepts her back without at least telling her how much she hurt him, she won't learn anything from this. But still, Marine's choice.

Alright, bitches. I'm back.

So, story time. It's just after dinner. I'm a bit angry with my parents who are arguing. They ask me to bring down a bunch of crap for them to clean when I was about to start the mission. In a flash of fury, I smash a glass I was holding against another.

I got incredibly lucky, and only cut into the space under my thumb of my right hand. About 3 hours of waiting in the ER later, and 3 stiches, and I'm back to 90%. Needless to say, I learned an important lesson today, but it wasn't fun. But I'm okay, thank God, any other deity you may worship, or ... I dunno, something. The goodness of mankind? *laughs*
