Uploading will take awhile since I upped the bitrate in the hopes of increasing the quality to 480p, but we'll see if that worked or not. At the very least the size of the game screen should match the OP and ED (Which I extended to sound a little better)

I think it's a problem with the program I use to compile video. I'm forced to use windows movie maker because I don't have anything better, and I really don't want to pay for Premiere unless I start using it for more than just XCOM.

Alright, final word on shield protection levels. @BMPixy and @Mangrale helped me figure this out with the aerial mission that's now up.
In layman's terms, Pulse is better than Gauss by a medium amount, Plasma is better than Gauss by a small amount and weaker than Pulse by a very small amount, but in space has a diminished range making pulse viable over it for shield penetration. Fusion is the best at breaking shields but has a slightly diminished range in space, while particle is a little weaker than fusion but without range penalties in space. That way the two top tier techs are more about personal preference in space, and still somewhat subject to choice on the ground. ^_^

Does anyone perchance know how to fix an issue where windows explorer crashes on right click? Aside from "Downloading X program to search for any "unfamiliar items" in the ContextMenu" or something like that, because I don't happen to look through my computer's intrinsic files regularly.
