My thoughts on the last few posts.
Zombie Mutons? As cool as that is I've always liked the idea that the Ethereals modify the Chryssalid so that they can only breed with the higher order races of the planet they're currently on. I like to think that way because it ties in to how they behave in the games. Fun post to read, makes me wonder if the Ethereals are doing something to their chryssalid out of desperation.
Poor Exalt Assaults, I hope that means my Dorian won't end up dead like them.
Brigid is so adorable! Also, that part with the incubator reminds me that Ammelia would be screwed if she tried to fight one. The only way she would be able to kill one would be if she sniped it in it's cat from thanks to her SAaIDA.

Just do what the LW devs do: artificial difficulty! Double the enemy count to make it tough! (All rocketeers and engineers welcome! Assaults too!)

Considering pulse 1-2 shots chryssalids, and blaster launchers oneshot them, we need more! Throw in a few mommas! The giga is inside the whale.
