Behold Juniper's character bio portrait. I always spend way to long painting, I swear. I really need to develop a quicker drawing style. Which is hopefully what I can work to accomplish once I get the information I need to draw my test subjects volunteers. :B

Well now all I need to do is write the dang bio...
I see that XCOM badge...well done.

Jeez, you can really see the time and effort you put into this. Might actually convince me to send you physical details of Al.

We have ten classes currently, mixing Long War with regular XCOM: Enemy Within.

Scout
Sniper
Assault
Infantry
Medic
Support
Engineer
Gunner
Heavy
Rocketeer

If you need explanations I can give those, I'll be working on the description of what happened in the missions as well.

There are descriptions already in the XCOM rules we have, so you won't have to make them up.

Yeah, screw it. I don't usually lose entire things like that. I'm just going to give the base overview, details can come later if i can overcome my frustration with losing that hard work...somehow.

XCOM has been fighting the aliens for somewhat over three months. The current date is June 16th. XCOM's tech has progressed to where we are working on our first suits of powered armor (experimental 'Aegis' armor) and Gauss weapons (rail-accelerated bullets, incorperating alien alloys and other tech). We have MECs and gene mods, as well as holographic technology. The world is starting to become aware of our presence, but we are still secret naturally. We've undertaken abduction missions, UFO crash and landing missions, council missions, and so on. A terror mission in Moscow was the most striking damage the aliens dealt, killing 8% of the population (Around 920,000 people). EXALT has begun anti-xcom operations, though we still aren't quite sure who leads them or who they are after. (Though OOC, we do) After the terror mission, the aliens infiltrated India and took it over, closing its borders. A recent assault on the alien base in the Thar desert freed the country, and XCOM is about to undertake a campaign to free alien-occupied New Delhi.

Thus far, we've fought Sectoids, Drones, Outsiders, Thin Men, Floaters, Chryssalids, Mutons, Mecthoids, and Cyberdiscs primarily. (We have met our first Sectoid Commander as well) In the alien base we faced off against a variety of clones, modified cybernetic troops, and a Chryssalid queen. We have captured Sectoids, Thin Men, a Floater, an Outsider, a Muton, and a Sectoid Commander.

Apparently I lost the stuff I spent 30 minutes typing up yesterday...

Great. That makes me really motivated to do it again. :/
Such bummer. :( I really hate when stuff like that happens. It's led me to be really paranoid with saving every friggin five minutes when I draw. I've had too many past experiences where I've lost hours of drawing due to corruption, saving over mistakes, and power outages.

Also, I do know how classes in XCOM work from playing the game myself. I even made my characters soldiers in the game, heh. Juniper was a smoke-based support, and she actually became a psyonic soldier. Fitting. :v

Have you played 'Long War' though? Eight of our classes draw from that (though two are a modified sniper and a modified assault)

(Additionally, see basic overview above)

Hmm, I haven't played Long War myself, but I watched NorthernLion on YouTube play some of it. I could also watch ChristopherOdd's Long War Let's Plays.
