Alright. I'll be home in 30-45 minutes, so assemble on my google doc in 30m, Avengers. If everyone is there when I arrive we will start. If not, I'll wait another hour whilst drawing the maps in paint. (By everyone I mean everyone but Pixy and Tax)

Sorry guys, Internet is dead and all I have is phone coverage for this. Gonna have to wrap up to charge ahead Saturday. Shouldn't take more than like 30-60 minutes though... We were damn close.

So... am I the only one here that enjoys sleeping during a thunderstorm? Maybe I'm weird.

Don't take a shower, though! You could be zapped. Wait... did the Mythbusters prove that was true, or that it wasn't? I can't remember...

I love rain. Heavy rain, drizzles, mist, any rain, I love it.

Also, I feel the same MB conundrum every time I pull out my cell phone at a gas station. Never saw the end to that episode.

No I love the rain, for some reason the rain is calming to me.

Ever seen Achmed the dead terrorist? Yeah, that happens. He was putting gas in his scooter.

Incidentally, I really liked those maps Gem made for this. I might try and save up some money and get MS Paint so I can make a few like that myself in the future.

And before the Internet died last night, I believe Ramma said something about how we should be using our psionics because of battle rush and all that.

OOC Problem: final fight would be less fun if our characters were tired out. And I don't plan on stealing the fight from all of you if that was unclear. I'll just be given the end.

In Character: we know Phobos is absurdly powerful. Thus we have to be smart (not bloodthirsty soldiers, not all soldiers are regardless of what the Van Dams believe) and conserve our strength so he doesn't, you know, kill us all.

Not bloodthirsty, but decisive. If someone gets shot in the face because someone doesn't use a lance or a rift when they could have, that makes us weaker too.

Except that didn't happen, and someone died BECAUSE of psionic use. Sergio had to save Christine because she was charging up a psi power.

Lots of psi powers are slower to use than just shooting a gun.

But shooting a gun is less effective on Mutons and Floaters vs. psionics, and our characters don't know exactly how much psionic power they need to kill Phobos. So just let people play their own characters, and trust Zombie to bring up a complication if someone has exerted too much.

But it was not necessary, as I previously stated.

I could just say my word is law, silence peasant, but I rather enjoy the discussion and proving my point. This is partially subjective, of course.
the phrase Agree To Disagree is a passive debate silencer, so no, dun say that :p
