It's because she's Shepard's TIM-appointed Dragon. She can only be defeated by a plucky group of heroes that she defeated in a humiliating manner earlier in the storyline.

Well, to play devil's advocate, it has major implications as you said along with the fact that "she" is one of the most obsessed over characters in the series (never got it, personally). Also, ME is a game primarily based on lots and lots and lots of choices, and while someone making a different...

What about ME2? The story really carries the game in ME1...if you want to fine-tune your save going into ME2, I would get it, but if you're just looking for the overall experience you can probably get the same from Odd's playthrough.

I watch a(n American) football game every now and then. I was in a fantasy league with my friends one year. I gave up on like week four, wound up getting 3rd place anyway. Pretty cool.

I think you're thinking of futbol, which is just Spanish for football. :P

Ticks are scary. As someone who lives in a glorified swamp, I can confirm this.

Oh god, please don't tell me I'm the only one who started with Pokemon Red/Blue. I'm not prepared to feel that old yet. Even for people who like sports, the games are usually so repetitive between editions because of the business side of sports games. Madden especially is exemplary of this. No...

Ever since I stopped playing Dota, I realized my friends are video game hipsters. I can't get them to play anything because evil corporate overlords unless it's an indie Scandinavian water polo sim or something.

Hey, I can see the site again :D I had no idea people could still talk here, I have some catching up to do. I will miss Dr. Borg and his wellness evolutions, though.

This is mainly what I'm warning against, a rookie writer might not know the difference between something compelling and a poorly written fanfic. I think it's something best approached once you have some experience and critique in character development under your belt. That's just my two cents...

Well, there can be a fine line between personal experience and personal insert. Like I said, you can usually take inspiration from events, provided you can look at them from multiple perspectives. Like, if you went on vacation to the Bahamas and got pickpocketed by a homeless kid, you could...

My advice for rookies making a new character is to pick a fictional character from a franchise you like, study them, and base something off that. These characters are already usually balanced between good traits and bad flaws, and are engineered to be empathetic or likable. By seeing how flaws...

My last journals are posted, including last week (with a collab with summerjuliet) and this week's events. I also already had an ending written for if Daniel died, if anyone wants to read it from my gdoc here. And that's all she wrote. Or I did, anyway.

I hope there is a season 5, I already have a character made--I mean, I had the utmost faith in our team. This loss was completely unexpected. :3 But yeah, this might not be the most popular series in the world, but it is the most unique and interactive experience I have on all of YT, and I hope...
