X-COM RP THINK TANK (part2)

I want to announce something to you guys and that is a new short story. Now, this is something that will be along side Rise of Darkness and XCOM to serve as something I can do with Grelite not always being on and the slow days of XCOM. Expect the story with the world history and stuff like that sometime later tonight if not after school tomorrow. To anyone who might be interested to join here is just a very brief and basic description. It is an alternate history story set in the 20's and it involves pirates...(I have a feeling some people are already going to ask me are there nazi pirates...yes, yes there are.)
There you guys have it, the opening to the short story. If anyone is interested with the description I have given, feel free to say so.

Yes, the nations and stuff are all original. The map is one I got off the internet though. There is a lot of potential with this new story and I left it mainly open ended for reason of I want people to come in and shape the world in their image. (For you Gem, I would recommend either Japan and their expansive empire or maybe one of the kingdoms.) *I will say, my two main characters will be from the UK, and the other is a pirate.*

Yeah, I'm probably either going to take Japan or Russia, though if Pixy is interested in this I shall concede the latter to him.

As tempted as I am by SEKAI ICHI, I might pick up Mother Russia. After all, need to make it so that communism WORKS in this timeline!

Anyone wanna be a nazi? *Looks around* No? Well allow me to make it sound a bit more of a sweet deal (<--This was me being joking and this is me being serious. The Nazis in this story are not like their real life counterparts. Think more along the lines of the guys from Full Metal Alchemist or Kill La Kill. Not antisemitism but rather just...well dicks.)

New post between the goddess of the harvest and the color purple. In all seriousness, though,A it was an enjoyable post that shows that things aren't always how they appear on the surface. Also works as a final lead in to the convert op. Expect that soon, along with the next Ethereal mission.
I had a big feeling you wouldn't be able to participate so don't worry about that. (Though if you do follow the series, I would love suggestions from you)

The reason I picked Lavender is because Concubines are sometimes depicted in Lavender sheets. I also picked it sort of for irony's sake, as purple is usually a color reserved for royalty.
On another note, Mary's talk with Demeter and about changing her ways is reminiscent of the person that Mary is named after.
I'll see if you guys can guess who I'm talking about. (It's super easy)
