So, a week or two (maybe three) ago, Marine mentioned that he wasn't worried about me raging or getting angry because, aside from when I've been pushed a little too far at work, I've never, like, raged or went off on anyone or anything like that.
But I didn't think that was true, mostly because I know myself, and I know with my OCD, if I get angry, that anger builds and builds. So that... never happened here somehow?
But I remember now! Let me share it with you. See, he said that because only about half of you worked with me during season three of Odd's RP, and only Frost talked to me privately on a regular basis (others did too, but they aren't here), so he's the only one who might remember this. But I did rage during that RP!
Why am I thinking of this now? Because I was having one of those weird, ADD, off-on-a-tangent thought lines where I was like:
- Gotta show those bios tomorrow, ask for questions and comments
- Gotta finish them first
- Who's left?
- Thin Men are left. Will work on them first
- Thin Men... why am I thinking of Ayame?
- Oh yeah! Ayame was afraid of them in particular because of a horror movie she saw before coming to X-COM in season 3!

- "Hey guys! Remember season three Ayame? You know, the one that was introverted, but made a bunch of friends, became like a base councilor?
- Not much action

- Didn't come up

And that's when the OCD rage kicked in. Why?
Because Odd only used her in TWO FUCKING BATTLES!!!
WHY?
Because she was a FUCKING assault! And he didn't use FUCKING assaults, but he loved his FUCKING snipers so FUCKING much, that they got all the FUCKING screen time, and all the FUCKING kills!
It's a role play, Odd! We're writing stories here! And your snipers? One barely wrote solos, I don't think he ever did a collab. And the one that hit the field at the same time as Ayame? NOT... ONE... FUCKING POST! Or at least, not any I remember. Odd used him anyway, even though he FUCKING SUCKED!
Oh, Ayame isn't working out, huh? Missed one too many times, huh? Well maybe that is because her FIRST... FUCKING... MISSION!!!!!!!!
...AS A FUCKING SQUADDIE!!!!!
...was a fffffffffffff..... FRACKING TERROR MISSION LATE IN THE GAME!
And he threw her to the wolves! Made her rush down a blind corner towards an alley, where she attracted the attention of, like, three Mutons and three Chryssalids! And he dashed her, so she couldn't run back or hunker down!
It was only thanks to a few civies being targets (X-COM rest their digital souls), and some impressive dodging on Ayame's part that she survived, though she got PUNCHED IN THE FACE by a bug because that stupid, blind-ass sniper!
Had hardly any action that fight, and the only other mission she was on, a huge-ass ship attack, she misses one shot... ONE SHOT... a ranged attack WITH A SHOTGUN!, and Odd is like, "Wow, that is obviously your fault. Guess who is getting benched. But this sniper? The one who has height advantages with his flying armor yet misses about three easy shots. Oh yeah... he's a keeper. I mean... all assaults suck, and all snipers are perfect, right?"
Pant... pant...pant...pant...
So yeah, I can rage every now and again...
